On handleJobStream, when handling error codes
from receiveJobRequest in the switch-case,
notifying disconnected in cases where it isn't a
disconnection breaks connection status reporting
on mobile peers.
This commit changes it so it isn't called on
Canceled or Unimplemented status codes.

Reset client management grpc client backoff after successful connected to management API.
Current Situation:
If the connection duration exceeds MaxElapsedTime, when the connection is interrupted, the backoff fails immediately due to timeout and does not actually perform a retry.
* Add OAuth select_account prompt support to PKCE flow
Extends LoginFlag enum with select_account options to enable
multi-account selection during authentication. This allows users
to choose which account to use when multiple accounts have active
sessions with the identity provider.
The new flags are backward compatible - existing LoginFlag values
(0=prompt login, 1=max_age=0) retain their original behavior.
Two new boolean flags, SearchDomainDisabled and SkipPTRProcess, are added to CustomZone and its protobuf; they are propagated through the engine to DNS host logic. Host matching now uses SearchDomainDisabled directly, and PTR collection skips zones with SkipPTRProcess; reverse zones are initialized with SearchDomainDisabled: true.

makes the DNS forwarder port configurable in the management and client components, while changing the well-known port from 5454 to 22054. The change includes version-aware port assignment to ensure backward compatibility.

This PR adds user approval functionality to the management system, allowing administrators to manually approve new users joining via domain matching. When enabled, users are blocked with pending approval status until explicitly approved by an admin.

In this PR, speed up the GRPC message processing, force the recreation of the ICE agent when getting a new, remote offer (do not wait for local STUN timeout).
The health check endpoint listens on a dedicated HTTP server.
By default, it is available at 0.0.0.0:9000/health. This can be configured using the --health-listen-address flag.
The results are cached for 3 seconds to avoid excessive calls.
The health check performs the following:
Checks the number of active listeners.
Validates each listener via WebSocket and QUIC dials, including TLS certificate verification.
