Describe the problem

If the user issues "netbird down" and then reboots, the network is up after that reboot
This is a different from tailscale, which remains down (ie Tailscale is stopped)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

netbird down

netbird status (confirm Disconnected state)

reboot

User logins in again

netbird status (to see Connected state)

Expected behavior

Personally, I prefer Tailscale's approach
I'm just interested to know whether Netbird's approach is a conscious design choice or just not something anyone has questioned before?

Are you using NetBird Cloud?
YES

NetBird version

0.60.3

Is any other VPN software installed?
True, Tailscale is installed on a machine I tried Netbird on, which is how I found the different approach.
But don't get side-tracked by this from the point of view of the different approaches.

Debug output
Not included

Screenshots
Not included

Additional context
None

Restatement of Issue:
Netbird is DOWN before Reboot
Netbird is UP after Reboot
My preference is for Netbird to remain DOWN after the reboot

Hey. I would say, just uncheck Connect on Startup. So after you stop netbird, reboot machine it will stay down.
