Describe the problem

We encountered an error when using software on Windows 11 to connect to the system; the domains could not be resolved.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
You can try installing peer client software on Windows 11 and you'll find they can't connect. This problem only occurs on Windows 11; Windows 10 and Linux run perfectly fine without connection errors. In addition, we also noticed some strange IP addresses and DNS appearing from an unknown source.

We uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the DNS showed a strange IP address that wasn't on the system.
