Describe the problem

I have a Netbird self hosted instance and its linked to the PocketID IDP. If the PocketID instance is unavailable I get this error message:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Stop self hosted instance
Turn off PocketID
Start self host instance
Be unable to login

Expected behavior

Whilst in a perfect world the IDP would be available it would be nice if Netbird could ignore the IDP being down and still start. Whilst the instance is down I risk not being able to access the Netbird mesh
