@ComposerLM the logs don't suggest any issue, usually when making a fresh installation it can take time to download the geo database. When you say it takes too long, how long is it? Does it get stuck at some point in the logs? Are you seeing any errors?

The embedded IdP users should be stored under idp.db not store.db, you should be able to remove the user there, you can also define owner user and email by defining them through config https://docs.netbird.io/selfhosted/configuration-files#authentication-settings
