Right now, when a new network/route is added, the client automatically enables and uses that route.

We are making heavy use of overlapping networks/routes in our environment for different locations. Every time someone adds a new location, that route automatically becomes active in all clients, in addition the the route the user had manually selected.

This causes all kinds of problems, as far as people making changes to a wrong device, because a new, overlapping route became active without them noticing.

I think this could be solved by adding an advanced setting "disable incoming routes by default" (or something like that)
