On the Dashboard GUI, changing the "JWT allow groups" setting does not trigger enabling the Save button. I have to also change something else on that page, save, then change the other input box to its original value. This is Firefox 149.0.2 on Linux + Plasma 6.

This is currently bad UX. You have to enter a group name and press Enter to add your group.
I take note of that and see how we can make this clearer.
