Describe the problem

Internet broke after enabling Exit-Node on win11, even pinging 8.8.8.8 timeout
After disabling exit node the '0.0.0.0/1' route created by netbird is not cleared so only option to get internet back is to disable exit node AND REconnect netbird

tried another exit node and same problem for win11 despite both exit nodes working perfectly on my android phone

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. enable exit node on win11
  2. check internet access
  3. disable exit node
  4. check 'route print' result

Expected behavior

enabling exit node, then having a working internet on win11, disabling exit node clears routes
