Is there a specific method for uninstalling the client on a mac computer when installed with the downloaded installer?

Story: I recently found my macbook pro (apple silicon) could not reach any other endpoint. After I discovered that my self hosted instance had apparently stalled, I rebooted it and other nodes could communicate. But I found that the macbook pro still wasn't working correctly. I had previously installed with homebrew and did an upgrade. Still no connectivity (and no netbird IP address revealed with ifconfig). So I uninstalled with brew and then decided to install with the downloaded installer. It's not working either and I'd like to remove it to try some other options. But I can't find instructions for removing the downloaded install.

@nazarewk commented on GitHub (Apr 17, 2025):

The issue was probably caused by not clearing the config.json after reinstalling the client. See more info at https://docs.netbird.io/how-to/troubleshooting-client#client-login-failures

I am closing this for now, but feel free to comment to reopen.
