Describe your changes

Wait for the signal receive watchdog to fully stop before reconnecting, so a new instance of watchdog can't flip shared stream state on the fresh connection.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Bug Fixes
    • Improved connection stability by preventing false receive-stall recoveries during message handoff backpressure.
    • The client now treats brief pauses caused by worker processing as healthy activity, reducing unnecessary reconnects.
  • Tests
    • Added coverage for receive-liveness behavior when message handling is temporarily blocked and when the stream is genuinely idle.
