Update github.com/shoenig/go-m1cpu from v0.1.6 to v0.2.0. The old version crashes with SIGSEGV on macOS 26 Tahoe on newer Apple Silicon chips due to missing null checks when accessing IOKit properties. v0.2.0 includes the upstream fix (shoenig/go-m1cpu#26, shoenig/go-m1cpu#27).

The dependency is pulled in transitively by gopsutil/v3, which still pins v0.1.6, so we override it with an explicit require.
