Describe your changes

Adds the session surface the Android client was missing: read the status label and session deadline, receive the engine's expiry warnings, extend the session via SSO without dropping the tunnel (cancellable), and dismiss a warning.

Status() latches NeedsLogin so an engine restart doesn't erase it.
