Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever my wifi connection gets lost and didn't reconnect immediately NetBird disconnects.

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]
I would like to have this feature so that it would automatically reconnect when network changes are present or when I'm switching from WiFi to mobile data. This way I wouldn't need to manually go to the app and turn the VPN on again.

I don't know if the Android version of the app has this feature, but would be good to have this on my iPhone. If the android version doesn't have this feature it would be good for others to have this.

on android i'm currently using wgtunnel for achieving on demand vpn tunneling. this app monitors for network changes and connects to my opnsense depending on the network i'm in.
E.g.
at home wifi -> no wg/vpn connection
on the road -> wg/vpn connection
at company wifi -> no wg/vpn connection

sadly this is only working for a plain wireguard setup and not for netbird overlay vpn.

on iOS there is a function which manages this without the need of an additional app/service on the mobile
as already mentioned in this #2214 post

would be a great benefit for "mobile road warriors" and for people not needing a permanent overlay vpn connection.
