Describe the problem

When moving with my laptop from network to network (wired and wireless) and therefore changing networks (and IP) the connection to the Netbord cloud is not restored.

To Reproduce

Switch from a wired (desk) to a wireless connection on different networks.

Expected behavior

Netbird to reconnect.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

Yes

NetBird version

0.26.8

NetBird status -d output:

The laptop was connected to a wired network, I then switched to a wireless network and saw that netbird is disconnected. Below is the session on that laptop when I realized the connection is down

PS C:\Users\y> netbird status
Error: status failed: reset connection
PS C:\Users\y> netbird up
Error: unable to get daemon status: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = reset connection
PS C:\Users\y> netbird down
PS C:\Users\y> netbird up
Connected
PS C:\Users\y> netbird status -d

Once I did the netbird down (to forcefully close the connection) and netbird up (to reconnect) the connection is fine and stable.
