I'd like to change the used colors everywhere in the web-ui (just the orange color of netbird with another color depending on the customer)

Closing this as a stale feature request. NetBird does not currently support dashboard color/theme customization or loading a custom CSS file through Docker Compose/dashboard environment variables.

If this is still important, please open a GitHub Discussion with the desired branding/customization scope, for example colors only, logo, full custom CSS, or white-labeling requirements.
