Describe the problem

After updaing hostname of device (for example windows client) the change does not appear in web gui

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Update client device hostname
Netbird UI does not update hostname of already connected peer

Expected behavior

Changing client hostname will show in UI too, except when name was edited manually

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

No

NetBird version

0.24

Additional info

Below on screenshot is changed name "NTB-HUDECKOVA" but domain name and UI name has not changed
