Hello,

I am using Netbird on Windows 11 and I can't find a way to log out.
I want to disconnect my client and reconnect it to another account.

I have already tried to reinstall the client, but the configuration seems persistent.

Any idea to deal with this case ?

Hey @Sykursen
We definitely need to add this option. Here is a quick workaround for now:
The only possible way now is to remove conf file located at C:\ProgramData\NetBird\config.json.
Or rename it to make use of it later again.

Maybe a simple switching between accounts would be an option?
Also, just of curiousity, what is your use case with multiple accounts?

Hi, thanks for your answer.

And I don't have a use case with several accounts. I just recreate a new one :)

I would like to raise this issue again, since it appears to be forgotten. There is still no way to log out from the CLI. I had to delete /etc/netbird/config.json with sudo.

How is there still no option to log out on Windows? It has been three years? I just accidentally used Google OAuth instead of Github OAuth and now I'm stuck.

This functionality exists on the cli, netbird deregister. You of course also need to delete the cookies for the netbird domain or otherwise you might get auto logged in to the old SSO.
