this is a known issue with Entra ID not implementing the OIDC spec properly. See https://github.com/netbirdio/netbird/issues/4054#issuecomment-3007539611 for fixes (you need to change management.json)

I will be closing this as a duplicate, but feel free to comment and we'll reopen
