Describe the solution you'd like
A global status page showing the service status of the overall network and possible incidents/disruptions as well as maintenances similar to https://www.githubstatus.com/ or https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/. Big providers seem to rely on the Atlassian Template solution: https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage
