Good news! I've completed the modification of i18n, based on version v2.36.0 and adapted to most Chinese languages. A pull request has been submitted, and the Docker image is located here: https://hub.docker.com/r/ohoimager/netbird-dashboard-i18n. You can directly modify the dashboard image in your Docker Compose file to use it.
