Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Unfortunately, it is not easy to check which version of the “server” components (administration/dashboard/signal/relay) is installed and whether they could use an update.

Describe the solution you'd like
A small “About” page in the dashboard that displays the installed version.

Alternatively, you could also include it somewhere in the footer or develop a status page that, in addition to displaying the version, also allows you to check the health status of the individual services and/or retrieve the service logs of them.
