Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have several 24/7 servers where NetBird client is installed and I have occasionally noticed that the NetBird client disconnects (without really investigating why). I use Uptime Kuma for my network monitoring and notifications. But sometimes that is not enough to really know if I NetBird peer is down. I have to logon to the NetBird dashboard every time "I need to know" when a peer is connected and it's time consuming in the long run.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome if NetBird server could notify when I peer goes down or up - perhaps using smtp, api or web hook (this is more then enough I think).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Uptime Kuma or Datadog, but they are not fully reliable.

Additional context
If post is duplicate please feel free to close this issue.

We actually thought about adding webhooks for certain events. That could be one of them.
Do these peers disconnect from the management plans? Or from other peers? The latter could be harder to track.

That's great!

They disconnects from the management panel.
