In the case of the QQ World AI Painter search this is probably intentional since it's an AI tool. I assume you're using the uBlock Origin filter, so I would suggest using the uBlacklist version instead, because uBlacklist will put a bit of text on the page telling you how many search results were blocked + have a button letting you unhide filtered results. There's also a part in the readme explaining how to allowlist sites that are on the blocklist: https://github.com/laylavish/uBlockOrigin-HUGE-AI-Blocklist?tab=readme-ov-file#allowlisting-sites
