I'm still getting results from sites that are definitely in the blocklist like openart or seaart. Original guess was that it's due to having google.co.uk as my default instead of .com, but switching to .com the images still show up, just with the caption link to the site missing.

sorry for the late comment, but have you tried creating a new session and/or clearing your browsers cache? I've had that same thing happen to me when testing the list in Firefox's private browsing if the session was open for waaaay too long. I've had the private browsing session open for like weeks, which for some reason prevents the full blocking that this list supplies (if you recently add the list to your uBO). Clearing the session (aka closing all web browser windows) and opening up a new session is what fixed it for me. Though, I forgor that google.co.uk was a thing (silly me) so i'll add that in soon!

I'm having the same problem with firefox, I deleted all of my cookies but you still get them
When you click them they disappear leaving an empty spot, but the link still works

Try using ublacklist, the rules for origin only block the a tags not the full divs

Should hopefully be fixed.
