When using this blocklist, it successfully removes the captions from AI site image results on Google, but not the full element. The image remains visible, just without underlying text. This lets me identify what's AI and what's not, but unfortunately doesn't fully remove it from my browsing experience.

Just tested now with newest commit on an Android tablet, and it seems to work fine here. Closing for now.
