This website appears to be a fake person dumping hundreds of AI generated or scraped images onto the web.

It has an "Drawing Idea Generator" so it not just the content is AI generated, it's also advertising its own AI generator:

Good catch, although after doing a few random rolls it reminds me more of madlibs random sentences than LLM output.
