Imported the list onto my filters and doesn't work at all.
Using Opera (it was said that any browser that is compatible with ublock origin can work)

You mean the built-in adblocker on Opera? I have it disabled and use ublockorigin in place of it.

Right click the extension, Mange extension.... and turn on the switch next to "Allow Access to Search Page Results"
