Great this list and effort appears! I tried to import the "adguard" list to adguard windows and while it does import successfully, the entries count = 0 (so, empty list). Any chance you could provide an adguard windows version link (i.e. not for adguard home, not for a browser extension)? For some reason, lists for adguard home often do not work in adguard windows.

So, the problem is solved. Turns out, in adguard home, one adds URL lists as "custom". BUT, in adguard windows, one adds URL lists via the "import" option, NOT the "add custom" option.
So this one can be closed.
