I think this site used to be a legit business long time ago but not anymore, and there's no info of who's behind the current site.

All contents have immense Gen AI smells to me: perfect grammars, common AI vocabs, good old bullet and numbered lists, zero emotion, very formal tone, boring conclusion, etc. Also news articles published as recently as 2025 are talking about things that happened in 2000's and 2010's.
