uBlock Origin supports hosts files (https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Static-filter-syntax#hosts-files) so noai_hosts.txt can be imported and does work. So the section "Hosts file for pi-hole/adguard" could be changed to "Hosts file for pi-hole/adguard/uBlock Origin" while mentioning how to import it like above it in the Readme.

(Technically these two lines cause silent errors though as they are interpreted not as comments, beginning with a single # or !, but as wrong generic cosmetic filters)
