  • Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.5335) 64-bit
  • Firefox 138.0.4 (64-bit)
  • All built-in UBO lists enabled (except the 38 language/region ones)
  • No other custom UBO lists in use
  • Other extensions in use: Lastpass, Unhook for YouTube

Everything in Gmail is slow after adding this AI blocklist: initial load, scrolling, switching sections (Inbox/Trash/Sent/etc), composing emails, To/CC address autofill, etc.

Any idea what's causing this? At the moment it's unusable if it's going to break Gmail.

Try using instead the noai_hosts.txt version in uBO, as noted in https://github.com/laylavish/uBlockOrigin-HUGE-AI-Blocklist/issues/163 -- it doesn't have the customized exceptions but it'll certainly invoke faster.
