After update, failed to fetch servers. Tried to reconfigure my server, but changes would not save.

Are you running on 0.4.6? can you share the app logs when you open the server menu?

I have a similar problem. after updating to 0.4.5, all managed PVE servers are cleared (intalled scripts showing 0). I read from a different issue that there was a breaking change so I reinstalled the lxc and setup everything again.

today after updating to .4.6, same thing. not sure if its expected to redo all setting after each update or I did something wrong. (maybe backup the config file before updating or something).

I was able to re-add the servers and was able to rescan successfully

Had the same as xchen326 0.4.4 → 0.4.5, needed reinstallation. 0.4.5 → 0.4.6 settings are gone (even the ssh key disappeared somehow).

I have the same issue. A redeployment was needed for version 0.4.5 this worked. After updating to version 0.4.6 the server connection is lost again.

+1 on this, I had to re-add server also from 0.4.5 to 0.4.6 - Although this is a different issue to the original post.
