Download all filtered is only scripts in the lower section and is filtering out "New".

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

  1. Login
  2. Clear all filters set
  3. Click download all filtered(#)

N/A

🖼️ Additional context (optional).

When no filters are set, I should be able to click download all filtered scripts and it pull in all scripts from all categories.
