psycopg.OperationalError: connection failed: connection to server at "127.0.0.1", port 5432 failed: fe_sendauth: no password supplied

DB migrations are not running because sql errors out. I'll try running all commands manually to see why it's not passing the password.

EDIT: It's a typo in sed command. Pushing a fix
