Trying to update from 2.15.3 to 2.16.1 in Verbose mode

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/main/ct/paperless-ngx.sh)"

Verbose mode -> Update Paperless-ngx to v2.16.1

❌ Paste the full error output (if available).

✔️ Stopped all Paperless-ngx Services
