📝 Provide a clear and concise description of the issue.

When I try to create a bar with "Default dataset: Open bar with base coctails, I can use the default database".
I get a “Server error” response. The bar is created, but without cocktail recipes; I only have the ingredients.
I tried the solutions from Bar assistant #6040 issue, but it doesn't work.
A few days ago I installed bar assistant and everything was okay, now I see that there are more ingredients and calculators added. Now I wanted to do it at a friend's place.

Simply create a new bar with the default recipes
