The Alpine package of zigbee2mqtt has indeed fallen behind the current release, and is missing support for a number of devices.

The reason the script does not install the version you are wanting, is because it installs from the stable repository.

So you could either wait for the package to make its way to the next stable release, or upgrade your existing container to the edge:

https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Include:Upgrading_to_Edge

Upgrading to edge is pretty straightforward, but its essentially a testing version of alpine so it might have bugs. If you want to do an upgrade and have issues, I can try to help.

I was in the same place a while back and in the end exported the zigbee config and imported into a debian rig. It uses a few more resources, but not too excessive
