Hello,

The Homarr LXC script installs an old fork of Homarr. The updated version of Homarr is now at https://github.com/homarr-labs/homarr.

I think the script needs to be updated to clone the correct repository.

  • Advanced Settings

🖥️ Which Linux distribution are you using?

No response

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

Simply run the script, check the version of Homarr in the web server and note the outdated version / repo.

❌ Paste the full error output (if available).

No errors

LXC installs ajnart/homarr, but should probably use homarr-labs/homarr

Nope. It needs an complete new LXC because no Migration possible. Maybe in the next 2 weeks

I've started having a look into this :)

Pre-1.0 you need to get a downloadable off your current install, which will preserve the boards (and possibly other data?..)

Thanks for replying :)

I'm quite new to the community and still learning the ins and outs of these scripts, I'd love to contribute and start submitting PRs.

In the mean time, I have Homarr working through Portainer. (Thanks for the Alpine docker script!). However it was a huge pain getting the stack to communicate with my DNS (again thanks for the Technician script!)
