✍️ Description

Removing subscription nag for mobile did not work correctly. It only worked when the page was initially loaded, and only in the English interface. When changing the language or returning to the Dashboard tab, the subscription dialog reappeared.
There was also a subscription card on the Dashboard tab.

This fix works in all interface languages and also removes the subscription card in Dashboard.
