✍️ Description

This change fetches the dependendencies for intel-opencl-icd directly from intel github to ensure the installation also works on debian 13.

This process enables AIO install for all OS, for me it would be okay to bump this one to debian as well, but this is up to the other contributors what we settle on as default.
