I have build a self-hosted server following the guide here https://docs.netbird.io/selfhosted/selfhosted-quickstart
and I need to create multiple nets on this self-hosted server.
My current situation is that all the new users I create through email are added to the same network, but I need to be able to create multiple networks so that users can join different networks and manage their own networks.(The idp I used is zitadel)

I read issues on gitbub, and I think mybe the possible solution is to disable single account mode? If it is by disabling single account mode, how should I configure it.
If not, is there any other way? What should I do to achieve this requirement?
