Describe the problem

The "Peers" screen alerts about obsolete versions installed on devices. It works for MS Windows and Linux but the "new version" indication for Android is incorrect.

To Reproduce

Have the latest Netbird version installed on Android and check the "Peers" status

Expected behavior

That the warning/info on a new version matches the availability of said version.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

Yes

NetBird version

All my peers are at version 0.28.6, Android is at 0.28.0 (according to Netbird) or 0.0.24 (according to Android, this is the version from 2024-06-20). There is no update available in the Play Store.

I have the feeling that this is hardcoded information unrelated to the actual availability of a given version for a given OS (just that if the last version is X then all devices that are not at X are asked to update)
