Hi
now that the grey netbird icon is no more, there are a few things with the new icon:

  1. The icon should have a "clock" icon when connecting until all the polices and routes are retrieved.
only once everything is ready, the icon should be green.
on Windows when the users try to access a route that is not yet configured, the windows gets stuck and still tries to route it through the default GW . (also seen it on mac)

  2. On windows 11 the tray icon is still hidden and i need to manually pin it to the tray, otherwise users dont see it.

  3. Another cool feature is that if a user starts the netbird via desktop or startmenu shortcut, the default action should be "connect"

  4. auto "connect" - the netbird should keep the last routes locally so it could just compare what has changed/deleted/added since the last connection.
if the user is not connected to netbird (but netbird is running in the background), and the OS is trying to access anything on the route list, the netbird should run the "connect" command and reconnect / re-authenticate if needed.
