Describe the problem

The first attempt to install ends with empty command line as on screenshot below (probably stopping the service in backgrond). The second attempt fails due to permissions - also on screenshot below.

Expected behavior

Netbird is installed correctly.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

Selfhosted

NetBird version

0.37.1 -> 0.37.2

Is any other VPN software installed?

No

After reboot, installation completed sucessfylly - the service and ui were not running at that time.
