In wireguard you can specify a network table for the interface. This allows you to do policy based routing for more advanced use cases.

Along with the ability to specify a table the routing functionality in the UI would need to be updated to allow the ability to specify ip rules and routes to be added to the new route table. More than likely an "fwmark" would need to be applied to packets as well.

It's been a few years since I needed that functionality but I'll try netbird again to see if it works now. But I'll say that if you can't select or specify an alternate routing table in the UI and manage routes in multiple routing tables in the UI then it's likely still an unfulfilled request.
