When using keycloak the dashboard is not accessible because of a CORS error:

https://fqdn/realms/super/protocol/openid-connect/userinfo' from origin 'https://netbird_fqdn' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Reverting management to 0.43.1 fixes the issue.
