Describe the problem

When the connection is relayed, most peers can see each other fine but some cannot.

  • pictet-trb6 can ping both stvs-pv-laptop1/stvs-mp-laptop1 and vice versa.
  • stvs-pv-laptop1 cannot ping stvs-mp-laptop1.
  • stvs-mp-laptop1 cannot ping stvs-pv-laptop1.

Same happen for other services (e.g HTTP server running on stvs-pv-laptop1).

To Reproduce

Add many peers and ping each other, some of them never answer to ping.

Expected behavior

All peers can ping each others

Ask if you need more context.

Have you tried these troubleshooting steps?

  • Reviewed client troubleshooting (if applicable)
  • Checked for newer NetBird versions
  • Searched for similar issues on GitHub (including closed ones)
  • Restarted the NetBird client
  • Disabled other VPN software
  • Checked firewall settings

Ah, apparently it happens between peers on windows 10 and peers on windows 11. Not sure if it could be that, but basically I'm on windows 10 and I can ping everyone but the peers on windows 11 (two hosts).

Might be a coincidence but it's interesting.
