Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to have the possiblity to have a kind of "zero touch" installation.
With helm and terraform I can automate the installtion and the creation of networks, policies and so on.

But I have to manual step between installation and terraform as there is no option to bootstrap an service account.

Describe the solution you'd like
It whould be great to have a solution to define a default service account with admin rights.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Have a other solution to bootstrap the env over api.
