Describe the problem

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
When a domain is added as a resource in NetBird, you can no longer resolve subdomains. After deleting the resource, the domain no longer resolves, even after uninstalling netbird. This is on Windows 11.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a domain name resource to a network (ex. showmyip.com)
  2. access the domain from a Windows computer
  3. Try to ping a subdomain (ex. www.showmyip.com) and it will not resolve.
  4. Delete the resource you created in NetBird.
  5. Try to ping the domain (ex. showmyip.com) and it will not resolve.
  6. Uninstall NetBird from client and the domain still does not resolve.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Once the domain resource is created, I should still be able to access subdomains. It should not keep the domain from resolving after I have removed the domain resource in NetBird and definitely should resolve after uninstalling NetBird from the client.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

Please specify whether you use NetBird Cloud or self-host NetBird's control plane.
Self Hosted Netbird

NetBird version

netbird version
0.59.6

Is any other VPN software installed?
No
If yes, which one?

Something that is interesting is that nslookup showmyip.com resolves fine. But it does not resolve in a ping and I cannot access the website.

This seems to be fixed on 0.59.8
