Describe your changes

This PR extends the management.json.tmpl to include all parameters that can be possible in the management.json so users who manage the configuration themself where netbird service only has read-only access are able to see all available fields.

The next step will be to create a docs page where all the parameters are explained and how they used and how then can be defined.
